September 8, 2023 (San Diego) - The Aztec men’s soccer team (3-0-1) won their third straight match in a row with a decisive 3-0 victory over George Washington (2-1-2) on the SDSU Sports Deck Friday evening. The Aztecs have shutout their opponent in all four of their matches this season and their +7 goal differential is their best through four matches since 2015.

The 12-game slate features eight games against teams that had winning records last season and six against schools that made the postseason. Moon was named the MW Defensive Player of the Week for the first time of his career, while Browning was chosen as the MW Special Teams Player of the Week for the third time.
