March 12, 2024 (El Cajon) -- “The Wall That Heals”, a ¾-sized replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial with a Mobile Education Center, will be at Wells Park in El Cajon March 21-24. Volunteers are needed to help make this amazing educational opportunity happen.

“We are grateful to work with the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund to help educate future generations about this war so that no one serving our country will ever again be mistreated the way Vietnam Vets were,” the project’s website states.  To this end, we need lots of volunteers and donors to make this event a success and show our gratitude to San Diego County's thousands of Vietnam Veterans!”

On March 19, 2024 The Wall That Heals will arrive at Wells Park, be set up by volunteers on March 20th and open to the public 24 hours a day, starting 10:00 a.m. Thursday March 21st - Sunday, March 24th at 2:00 p.m.
