ARBY’S ROBBED N EL CAJON

June 1, 2011 (El Cajon) – A man threatened a clerk at gunpoint, then robbed the Arby’s restaurant at 325 North Second Street in El Cajon last night at 9:45 p.m. The suspect is described as an African-American adult in his mid-20s, six feet tall, 200 pounds, wearing a grey-hooded sweatshirt and blue shorts. He brandished a silver semi-automatic handgun.

 

The clerk turned over an undetermined amount of money and the suspect fled southbound on foot. Officers searched the area, but were unable to locate the suspect, said Lt. Vince Murillo with the El Cajon Police.

 

People with information regarding the identity of the suspect in this case should contact the El Cajon Police Department at (619) 579-3311. Anyone with information which leads to an arrest on this case could receive up to a $1,000 reward and remain anonymous by contacting Crime Stoppers.
