October 30, 2010 (San Diego) – San Diego Police report a carjacking last night around 11:30 p.m. in the 4000 block of 48th street. Two Hispanic men n their 20s, one carrying a skateboard and the other armed with a knife, attacked a motorist and stole his car. One struck the driver over the head with the skateboard; the suspects then pulled the victim from his car.
The stolen vehicle, a 1992 Honda Civic, was recovered nearby and the victim was not injured, police report. Both suspects were taken into custody about three hours after the crime occurred.
