May 1, 2015 (San Diego’s East County) – The Chaldean American Chamber of Commerce has crowned its 2015 Middle East winner, Elona Brando (photo: on right, with 2014 winner Stephanie Malouf, left). First Runner Up went to Emilyn Mohebbi. Second Runner Up went to Zuzan Taha.
Brando posted on her Facebook page that she is “extremely honored” to have been chosen, representing the Assyrian community in San Diego County.
She adds, “I personally wanted to thank Ben Kalasho, Jessica Kalasho, Anna Hirmiz, The Chaldean Chamber, Stephanie Malouf, and all eight judges for all the hard-work they put forth during this whole process. I thank everyone for all the overwhelming love and support they've given me thus far, and I can't wait to see where life takes me next!”
