CHICK-FIL-A IN LA MESA TO CELEBRATE ONE-YEAR ANNIVERSARY

June 19, 2018 (La Mesa) – The Grossmont Chick-fil-A restaurant in La Mesa, 8200 Fletcher Parkway, will celebrate its first year in business with a two-day anniversary celebration, Friday, June 22 and Saturday, June 23. During this time, guests can visit the restaurant to redeem free food through the Chick-fil-A One mobile app and enjoy a variety of activities, including giveaways, drawings for prizes, visits from special guests and birthday cake. At various times over the two days, guests will enjoy live musical entertainment, a balloon artist, face painter, arts and crafts, and a visit from the Chick-fil-A “Eat Mor Chikin” Cow.

“It has been an honor to serve the La Mesa community over the past year, and we would like to take this opportunity to extend our gratitude to all of our guests,” said Rick Preciado, franchise operator, Grossmont Chick-fil-A. “We invite the community to join us in celebrating our anniversary with great food and fun.

On Friday, June 22 from 10:30 a.m. to closing, any guest who uses the Chick-fil-A One mobile app to place an order will receive a free Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich. Limit one free sandwich per guest per order.

Also on Friday, June 22 from 5 to 7 p.m., Michael Sanchez, a finalist of Season 11 of NBC’s “The Voice,” will attend to sign autographs and visit with guests.

Chick-fil-A Grossmont opened on June 22, 2017. It can seat up to 150 guests and has a two-story, interactive indoor play area for children. The restaurant features two drive-thru lanes and screens to enable customers to move quickly into a single lane for payment and pickup. For more information, visit www.facebook.com/CFAGrossmont.
