June 10, 2018 (Alpine) – California Highway Patrol seeks public help to find a person or persons who have been leaving 60-pound concrete parking blocks as well as cinder blocks on Interstate 8 near Alpine. Numerous vehicles have been damaged this year, starting in January. The most recent incidents occurred Saturday shortly after midnight, when eight to ten vehicles were damaged or disabled.

The San Diego Union-Tribune reports that the first four reports occurred in January an early February on westbound I-8 east of Dunbar Lane, all between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m. The actions stopped after CHP asked for public help to find the perpetrators, but began again over the weekend.

Extra patrols have been added, according to the CHP, which asks that witnesses or anyone with information contact CHP’s El Cajon office at (619) 401-2000.

Jail time!

I hope this sick, twisted, deviant jerk is caught soon, and punished to the maximum allowed by law! Seriously who does this? Whoever this person (or persons) is, he better stop before someone is severely injured or even killed, because the consequences for these actions will be even more severe!
