Drone laws

Quite a number of laws, rules and regulations must be agreed to when registering (FAA) a drone, so I'm positive the owner knew what he or she was doing was illegal and potentially dangerous. Maybe this person will be dumb enough to post the footage on social media, then someone will turn them in to the authorities. https://wwwdronenthusiast.com/california-drone-laws
