May 21, 2016 (San Diego) – The County’s Planning and Development Services Department (PDS) invites citizens to visit its PDS document library, a new tool to provide convenient online public access to the Department’s digital records repository. Using the PDS Document Library’s simple online search interface, you can now find and review content ranging from Environmental Impact Reports to Use Permits without visiting County offices.

There are a variety of ways to find the documents you seek using the Document Library, including searching by project information, property location or even keyword content within a document itself.  Results display on the same search page and can be opened for viewing or download.

The PDS Document Library can be accessed by visiting http://www.sandiegocounty.gov/content/sdc/pds/doclibrary.html. A companion user guide is also available for reference via link on the PDS document library site.
