June 20, 2017 (Lemon Grove) – A vehicle crash in front of San Miguel Elementary School on San Miguel Avenue in Lemon Grove on Sunday afternoon, June 18th. The crash toppled over several poles.
Tom Lemon learned about the crash from his son. Then, he told East County Magazine, “I walked there and was shocked to see it was my neighbor's girlfriend. She was wearing a seat belt but I'm sure she suffered some trauma looking at the damage to her car and the poles that were knocked down. It was light out at the time and I took the pictures later in the evening. “
