Chef Erin Sealy is a master of food and wine pairing.  She combines flavors and ingredients in a way that bring out the subtle nuisances in a wine that reverberate back to the food and make it and the wine taste better both alone and together.  Her energetic expressions of her creations make you feel like you're in her cooking class!!   RESERVATIONS
