Upset with the Helix Water District's plan to raise customers' rates this year, the Lemon Grove City Council on Tuesday night voted to put together a letter expressing its disappointment and official opposition on behalf of the city's 25,000 citizens.

August 2, 2011 (10 News) -- A former principal at an East County high school said she lost her job for reporting rampant sexual harassment by a school district superintendent.
Closing arguments wrapped up Tuesday at the El Cajon courthouse in a civil trial that lasted nearly three weeks.

NEW REDISTRICTING MAPS SHOW MAJOR CHANGES FOR SAN DIEGO COUNTY
