April 13, 2016 (San Diego) – Campus police at San Diego State are warning about a flasher who approached female students Tuesday at 11:35 p.m. on the Love Library’s 4th floor, pulled down his pants and exposed his genitals.

The victims called police but the suspect had fled. Police searched the building but could not find him.

The victims described the indecent exposure suspect as Hispanic or white male, in his early 20s and about 5 feet 6 inches tall.  The suspect had light brown hair and was wearing a salmon colored short sleeve shirt with white writing on the front, along with light blue jeans and black shoes.
