JOIN LA MESA CHAMBER IN CELEBRATING 80TH ANNIVERSARY OF LAMPLIGHTERS THEATRE JUNE 21ST

March 9, 2017 (La Mesa) – On Wednesday, June 21st, the La Mesa Chamber of Commerce and Lamplighters Community Theatre will welcome members, local businesses and guests to the Lamplighters Community Theatre’s 80th Anniversary celebration.

The Lamplighters Community Theatre has been entertaining and serving La Mesa and surrounding communities for the past 80 years. Lamplighters produces six season productions a year. The goal of this non-profit organization is to provide a quality theater experience for the community, to provide a training facility for artistic, technical and administration aspects of theater and to have fun while doing it.

“We celebrate the past 80 years of community enhancement and the theater experience, that this dedicated Board of Directors and their volunteers have provided our community and the region,” stated Mary England, La Mesa Chamber of Commerce, President & CEO.

This mixer hosted by Lamplighters Community Theatre, begins at 5:30 p.m. and will end at 7:00 p.m. at the Lamplighters Community Theatre located at 5915 Severin Drive in La Mesa. The “official” ribbon cutting to celebrate this special occasion will take place at 6:00 p.m.

Guests can also enjoy hors d’ oeuvres and beverages and meet the Chamber’s Board of Directors. The Chamber will host a raffle and other prizes throughout the evening.

Bring your business cards while you mix and mingle with local business owners and this dynamic group of people. The pricing for this evening mixer is free for Chamber members, $10.00 for guests and $15 for all “at Door” attendees.
