November 28, 2010 (San Diego’s East County) – The Salvation Army Kroc Center Kroc Kids Junior Theatre Company will A Christmas Carol on December 10-12. The beloved holiday production retains its emotional power and pure joy thanks to the marvelously-told story by Ockrent and Ahrens and the powerful Menken/Ahrens score filled with beautiful melodies and emotional lyrics. Sixty youths ages 7-19 will perform.
The show will be held in the Joan B. Kroc Theatre at the Salvation Army Kroc Center, 6845 University Avenue, San Diego. Performances will be Friday, December 10 at 7 p.m., Saturday December 11 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m., and Sunday December 12 at 2 p.m.
Discounted tickets are on sale through November 30th at $12 for adults and $10 for students or seniors. After November 30th, tickets will cost $20 for adults and $15 for students or seniors. Tickets can be purchased at the education desk at Kroc Center or by calling the box office at 619-269-1552.
