November 23, 2015 (San Diego) - It was a long time coming, but on Sunday, former Chargers running back LaDainian Tomlinson's number 21 jersey was inducted into the Chargers' Hall of Fame at his old stomping grounds at Qualcomm Stadium.

Tomlinson is the 37th member of the Chargers to receive the honor.

Drafted in 2001 by the Bolts, Tomlinson rushed for almost 13,000 yards in nine seasons.  His best work came on the ground as we all know, where he ran for almost 140 touchdowns and caught 15 passing touchdowns.

Other ex-Chargers honored at Sunday's induction were receiver Lance Alworth, the late Junior Seau and quarterback Dan Fouts.
