The new Gymnastics Center, located at 2471 Jamacha Rd. Ste. 102-104, El Cajon 92019 features a full array of gymnastics equipment and sufficient space and amenities to accommodate preschool and school age gymnastics training and practice. We are pleased to meet community needs deliver quality program and services for the benefit of everyone!”

The East County Family YMCA offers one of the finest and longest standing gymnastics programs in San Diego. Recreation classes are geared toward students that want to have fun while trying to improve coordination, strength, flexibility and motor skills.

Features of the new facility include: equipment padding, landing mats, skill cushions, spotting blocks, spring floors and more.
