You can hear the East County Magazine Show on KNSJ 89.1 FM on Mondays and Fridays from 5 to 6 p.m., on Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m, and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.  Note:  our show recently changed schedule; the archived shows below reflect the earlier schedule.  East County Magazine is a media outlet of the nonprofit 501c3 Heartland Coalition.
