September 26, 2022 (El Cajon) – The Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors (PSAR) a 4,000-member real estate trade group for San Diego-area realtors, will host a grand opening, ribbon-cutting ceremony and volunteer-recognition celebration for its new PSAR Event Center celebration starting at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 28, at the PSAR East County Service Center, 1150 Broadway, El Cajon.

EAST COUNTY REALTORS WILL PROTEST EL CAJON PROPOSAL TO HIKE PROPERTY TAXES WITH SEWER BILL

March 7, 2020 (El Cajon) – The Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors (PSAR), one of San Diego’s largest real estate trade associations for realtors, has announced it is planning to protest a proposal by the El Cajon City Council to add sewer charges to property taxes paid by El Cajon homeowners. PSAR members say they will voice their opposition at the next city council meeting at 3 p.m., Tuesday, March 10, at city hall, 200 Civic Center Way, El Cajon.

May 29, 2019 (San Diego's East County) – The Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors (PSAR), a 2,800-member real estate trade group for San Diego-area realtors with an office in El Cajon, was recently honored by the San Diego County Taxpayers Association (SDCTA) with a Golden Watchdog Award. The award recognized PSAR’s assistance to the San Diego County Assessor’s Office with a program that is helping disabled military veterans achieve homeownership.

The class will be held from 11 a.m. to noon, Tuesday, July 3, at the PSAR East County Service Center, 1150 Broadway, El Cajon. All real estate professionals in San Diego County are invited to attend. Realtors hear 2015 housing forecasts at El Cajon meeting

December 25, 2014 (San Diego's East County) - The Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors (PSAR), a trade group for San Diego-area realtors, recently hosted a program on forecasts for the 2015 local housing market. Speakers at the program, held at the PSAR East County Service Center in El Cajon, included real estate economist Alan Nevin, director of economic and market research at Xpera Group, and Clint Daniels, manager of regional models, San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG).
