PANCAKES & POLITICS: EAST COUNTY CANDIDATES’ FORUM OCT. 29

October 28, 2010 (Rancho San Diego) – Rancho San Diego-Jamul Chamber of Commerce invites the public to a “Pancakes & Politics” breakfast on October 29th from 7:30-9 a.m. at Press Box Sport Lounge & Restaurant, 2990 Jamacha Road in the Rancho San Diego area of El Cajon.

 

Congressman Duncan Hunter and his opponent, Ray Lutz, are both confirmed.  So are many other candidates, from state Assembly to fire board.  

All qualified candidates appearing on the ballot are invited to give a five-minute presentation (which includes answering questions from voters.) Speakers representing an issue or ballot proposition are also invited to present information and materials.

 

Speakers and candidates MUST pre-register at least 3 days before the event. To register, e-mail name and campaign information to chamber#rsdjcchamber.com or call 619-670-8244.

All guests may also make a 30-second introduction and be eligible to win door prizes and network with others in the business community.
 

Cost of the event, including breakfast, is $15 for RSDJ Chamber members who preregister and $20 for all others (including speakers) and at-the-door registrations. Cash and checks accepted at the door, or pregister online at www.rsdjchamber.com.
