INJURED, ABANDONED PUPPY READY FOR NEW HOME

February 22, 2019 (San Diego) - An abandoned 3-month-old puppy suffering from head injuries is now on the mend and is available for adoption from County Animal Services.  The young pit bull was found in a milk crate near a burning dumpster in the Crest area on Feb. 13.

ASSEMBLY CANDIDATE’S CAMPAIGN SAVES ABANDONED PUPPY

April 29, 2018 (Spring Valley) – You could say that 71st Assembly district candidate James Elia’s campaign is going to the dogs – after adopting an abandoned dachshund puppy.

After a doggedly determined day of canvassing precincts, Assembly candidate James Elia says some volunteers wanted to call it a day.  But he adds, “I believe in a little thing called fate.”
