April 8, 2018 (San Diego’s East County) – The San Diego Concert Band has announced its 29th annual Spring Celebration concert and summer concert series at venues that include East County locations of Kroc Center, Old Poway Park, La Mesa’s Harry Griffen Park, and St. Dunstan’s Episcopal Church in San Carlos, as well as San Diego locations at Civitas Park and the Organ Pavilion in Balboa Park.
Below is the full schedule:

Date & Time: Tuesday – April 24th at 7:00 p.m.
Location: the Joan B. Kroc Center Theatre. 6611 University Ave. San Diego
Summer concerts (free!)
May 20, 3 p.m. – Poway Community Band Festival. Old Poway Park
June 10, 6 p.m. – “Sundays at Six.” Harry Griffen Park, La Mesa
July 1, 2 p.m. – St. Dunstan’s Episcopal Church, San Carlos
July 28, TBD – San Diego Community Band Festival, Civitas Park
August 2 or 9, 6:30 p.m. – “Twilight in the Park.” Organ Pavilion
Tickets can be purchased online at www.sandiegoconcertband.com, from SDCB members, or at the door if not sold out.
