October 7, 2018 (San Diego) - SDSU men’s soccer continued their home stand today after beating Oregon State 1-0 on Thursday night.  The Aztecs got up bright and early today to face the Huskies of Washington, who come to California with a 5-5 record.

October 4, 2018 (San Diego) - The Aztec men’s soccer team (5-4-1, 1-2-0) shutout Oregon State 1-0 Thursday evening to earn their first Pac-12 win of the season. Damian German scored the game-winner in the 60th minute, finishing a beautiful lofted pass from Pablo Pelaez.

September 27, 2018 (Palo Alto) - The Aztec men’s soccer team (4-3-1, 0-1-0) had their four-match win streak snapped Thursday evening after falling 3-0 at Stanford. The Cardinal (4-1-3, 1-0-0), who have won the last three national championships, scored all three of their goals in an 11 minute span in the second half to secure the win in the Pac-12 opener.

July 19, 2018 (San Diego) - San Diego State men’s soccer head coach Lev Kirshner has revealed the Aztecs’ schedule for the upcoming 2018 season. SDSU will have seven matches against teams that reached the 2017 NCAA tournament, including two dates with Stanford, the 2017 national champion. Their season kicks off August 24 at Santa Clara.

November 15, 2017 (San Diego) - San Diego State men’s soccer seniors Jeroen Meefout and Winston Sorhaitz were named All-Pac-12 Second Team and All-Pac-12 Honorable Mention selections, respectively, the league office announced on Tuesday morning. Meefout and Sorhaitz become the 69th and 70th players in program history to earn All-Pac-12 recognition since the Aztecs joined the league in 2005.

November 11, 2017 (San Diego) - While SDSU women’s soccer faced UCLA last night in the NCAA Tournament, their male counterparts squared off against the Bruins tonight in their final game of the season on Senior Night.  The male Aztecs...well, to put it nicely, aren’t doing so well this season; 5-13 overall and winless in Pac-12 play, going 0-9.

November 2, 2017 (Berkeley) - Despite a standout performance from senior goalkeeper Adam Allmaras, the San Diego State men’s soccer team started its final road weekend of the season with a 1-0 loss at California on Thursday afternoon. The Aztecs fall to 5-12 (0-8 Pac-12), while Cal, which is receiving votes in the national rankings by United Soccer Coaches, improves to 10-5 (5-3 Pac-12).

Senior Jeroen Meefout scored twice in the match, while junior Ilai Shvika posted a pair of assists to help set up the Aztec attack.

October 17, 2017 (San Diego) - San Diego State football was handed their first loss by Boise State on Saturday night (31-14), so there was a lot to talk about at this week's press conference.  Head coach Rocky Long, senior tight end David Wells and senior safety Trey Lomax sat down with the media.  Men's soccer head coach Lev Kirshner also joined in.

The Aztecs are now 4-9-0 (0-5-0 Pac-12) on the year, while the Bruins jump above .500 in both their overall record (6-5-0) and Pac-12 record (3-2-0).
