October 21, 2016 (San Diego) - With the stalemate, the Aztecs move to 7-3-4 on the year and 2-2-2 in Pac-12 play, while the Cardinal find themselves at 8-2-4 overall and 5-0-1 in the conference.

Casey Macias scored the lone goal for SDSU in the 19th minute with assists from Matt Callahan and Kyle Adams, but the Scarlet and Black couldn’t make it stand up as Stanford got the equalizer in the 61st minute on a strike by Bryce Marion from the far right side.

The Cardinal outshot the Aztecs 15-10 and maintained an 8-3 advantage in corner kicks, but Adam Allmaras came up big for SDSU with seven saves in goal.

The Aztecs will close out the home portion of their regular-season schedule on Sunday, Oct. 23, when they play host to California on Senior Day, starting at noon PT.
