SYCUAN PRESENTS GIFTS TO LOCAL CHARITIES

January 3, 2018 (Sycuan) – Recognizing organizations making a positive difference in our community, Sycuan’s Tribal Council and Sycuan Leadership team presented $76,000 to 30 charities during a gift giving ceremony on December 14th

Every year, each member of the Sycuan Tribal Council and Sycuan Leadership Team choose one charity to donate to on behalf of Sycuan. 

This year’s recipients were ABC Youth Foundation, ALS Association Greater San Diego Chapter, AutismSpeaks, Bethel Christian Assembly, Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego County, Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego County – Operations Bigs, Bioneers, Calvin J. Lauderbach Elementary - Visual and Performing Arts, Challenge Center, Challenged Athletes Foundation, Chicano Federation of San Diego, ElderHelp, Father Joe's Villages/St. Vincent De Paul, Fisher House Foundation, Legacy Church, Linx Advancement, Inc., Mama’s Kitchen, Monarch Schools, Perfect 33 Foundation, Ronald McDonald House Charities, San Diego Gay Men's Chorus, San Diego LGBT Community Center, Second Chance, Shelter to Soldier, Shepard of the Valley Lutheran Church, Skinny Gene Project/J. Moss Foundation, Team Parker for Life, The Salvation Army, UCSD Mitochondrial Research Fund, Veterans Village of San Diego.
