ONLINE VOTER REGISTRATION AVAILABLE NOW THROUGH OCT. 22

September 23, 2012 (San Diego) -- For the first time ever, voters in our state can now register completely online -- no paper form needed. Californians whose current addresses match the address they have on file with the DMV can register (or reregister) at www.sandiegovotes.org.

VIEJAS ROLLS OUT “SAY YES TO BOWLING!” FREE SUMMER PROGRAM FOR KIDS & TEENS

June 8, 2012 (Alpine) – Looking for something fun, free and cool for the kids to do this summer? Your child or teen can receive a free bowling game each week-day this summer, along with bowling shoes, in Viejas Bowl’s new “Say Yes to Bowling” program.  The fun starts in June and continues on through August.

LOOKING AHEAD TO EL CAJON SUMMER CAMPS 2012

 
May 18, 2012 (El Cajon) -- The City of El Cajon Recreation Department will once again be offering week-long summer camps that begin June 18th. To see the variety of camps that will be offered go to the website at http://www.elcajonrec.org. Whether you’re looking for indoor soccer, gymnastics, aquatics, fun in the sun, or any other camps. Register online or by mail starting May 29th. If you prefer to register in person, walk-in registration begins June 4th at any of the recreation centers during operational hours. 7-11 CLERK ROBBED IN LA MESA

 
May 13, 2012 (La Mesa) -- On May 13, 2012, at approximately 3:36 a.m. the 7-11 Store located at 4253 Palm Ave. in La Mesa was robbed of cash by a lone male suspect who demanded money. The business was staffed by a lone clerk who was approached by an adult male suspect who had a red bandana covering his face.

January 22, 2012 (San Diego)-- Wells Fargo & Company  is hosting the first of three free workshops across Southern California in San Diego for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Wells Fargo Financial, Wachovia Mortgage and Wells Fargo Home Equity customers facing financial hardships. Wells Fargo has invited more than 9,000 mortgage customers in San Diego County and South West Riverside to the free workshop which will be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 from 9 a.m. – 7 p.m., at the San Diego Convention Center - Hall E located at 111 West Harbor Drive in San Diego. Parking is free - customers should refer to the event website for instructions.
