Thanksgiving Day
     Is not
  So far away—
There’ll be cloudy skies,
Apple and pumpkin pies—
And lots of turkey to eat.
Also every kind of sweet.
         Now—
  Go put up your feet
   And watch a game.
    I’ll do the same.
