ADULTS REMINDED OF PENALTIES FOR GIVING ALCOHOL TO MINORS

 

While summer is a welcome break from school for most students, it can also present unforeseen risks for teenagers.

That’s because minors are more likely to drink alcohol during their summer break when parents are at work and teens often go unsupervised.

FALLBROOK MOM PLEADS GUILTY TO SOCIAL HOST ORDINANCE VIOLATION



Deborah Gibney Receives Probation, Fine

February 17, 2010 -- Fallbrook resident Deborah Gibney has pleaded guilty to violating the County of San Diego’s Social Host Ordinance. The guilty plea stemmed from an underage drinking party Gibney hosted in June of 2009.

SHERIFF ANNOUNCES ZERO TOLERANCE FOR TEEN DRINKING & DRIVING

Sheriff William D. Gore is announcing a new program designed to keep teen drivers safer when on the roadways.

 

“Lose your license, lose your car, lose your life,” is the message behind re-enforced patrols, curfew checks, teens driving with unauthorized persons in their cars, texting, cell-phone usage, and all other unsafe driving practices.
