January 1, 2018 (La Mesa) –The Grossmont Healthcare District (GHD) recently reelected its 2017 board officers to serve in the same roles for 2018. Michael Emerson was reelected as board president, Gloria Chadwick as vice president, and Virginia Hall as secretary. In addition, board member Robert “Bob” Ayres was selected again by Emerson to serve as board treasurer. Also serving on the five-member board is Randy Lenac.

January 10, 2017 (La Mesa) –The Grossmont Healthcare District (GHD) recently elected its board officers for the 2017 calendar year.
Michael Emerson was elected as board president, Gloria Chadwick as vice president and Virginia Hall, GHD’s newest board member, as secretary. Board member Robert “Bob” Ayres, previous board president since July 2014, was selected by Emerson to serve as board treasurer. Also serving on the five-member board is Randy Lenac, who also recently joined the board of directors for the Association of California Healthcare Districts as a GHD representative.

The appointee must be available to serve the remaining two years of the seat’s four-year term until early December 2012, following the November 2012 general election.

November 12, 2010 (La Mesa)--Grossmont Healthcare District Board of Directors will hold a special meeting on Monday, November 15 at 7:30 a.m. in the District conference center, 9001 Wakarusa in La Mesa. Following public comments of up to five minutes per person, the board will adjourn to closed session to confer with legal counsel on “significant exposure to litigation.”
