VINTAGE ALPINE: WINE & FOOD TASTING AT SUMMERS PAST FARMS MAY 7

April 7, 2017 (Flinn Springs) - The Alpine Kiwanis Club invites the public to attend the 27th Annual Vintage Alpine fundraiser held from 1 - 4 p.m. on May 7, hosted by the nonprofit Kiwanis Club of Alpine Foundation, Inc. This "Wine Experience in the Country" will take place within the lovely gardens of Summers Past Farms at 15602 Old Highway 80 in Flinn Springs.

DESTINATION EAST COUNTY: TOP FESTIVALS & EVENTS APRIL 16 - MAY 4

 

April 14, 2015 (San Diego’s East County) --This week’s Destination East County includes Lakeside’s Western Days parade and rodeo, a harp concert at  Mission Trails and Fun with Physics in La Mesa.   We’ll also have a preview of coming attractions including a spring garden festival, garden tours, a concert at the Desert View Tower, and Vintage Alpine, a wine tasting experience in the country. So stay tuned for all of these events and more!

A WINE EXPERIENCE IN THE COUNTRY: SAVOR VINTAGE ALPINE MAY 5

 

April 23, 2013 (Alpine) – The public is invited to sample wines from California and the world, as well as enjoy tastings from restaurants throughout the County at Vintage Alpine on Sunday, May 5 from 1-4 p.m.  The event will be held at Summers Past Farms, 15602 Olde Highway 80 in Flinn Springs.  Guests can also stroll through the gardens, listen to music and bid on silent auction items.  

The event is sponsored by the Alpine Kiwanis Club. Proceeds benefit Kiwanis projects including Bike Rewards for perfect attendance in elementary schools, equipment for youth sports, local scout troops, plus East County Special Olympics Track and Field.

March 17, 2011 (Flinn Springs) – Alpine Kiwanis invites the public to savor “good food and fine wines” at Vintage Alpine, the “wine experience in the country” set for May 1st from 1-4 p.m. at Summers Past Farms. Tickets are $50 before March 31, $60 after March 31, and $70 at the door. The event includes live music in a garden setting, a silent auction, and opportunities to emet wine and food specialists.
