The Senior Resource Center also provides information and assistance for health information and community resources. FEELING FIT CLUB: SENIORS DISCUSSION APRIL 27 AT GROSSMONT HEALTHCARE LIBRARY

April 12, 2011 (La Mesa)--The Grossmont Healthcare District’s Dr. William C. Herrick Community Health Care Library, 9001 Wakarusa St. in La Mesa, will host a free seniors discussion group on the “Feeling Fit Club,” featuring a presentation from Vickie Velasco, founder of the Feeling Fit Club, from 10 to 11 a.m., Wednesday, April 27. The public is invited to attend. RSVP is not required.
