ART LOVERS DELIGHT: GALLERY WALK & MASTERS OF THE MOMENT SHOW IN EL CAJON JUNE 15

 

 
June 13, 2012 (El Cajon) – Stroll through eight local galleries in downtown El Cajon’s Art Gallery Walk this Friday night, June 15 from 5-8 p.m. 
 
In addition, a reception for the Masters of the Moment Show will be held from 5:30-8 p.m. at Sophie’s Art Gallery, 109 Rea Ave, with awards presented at 6:30 p.m.

TWO DAYS OF SOAP BOX DERBY RALLY RACES SET FOR MARCH 4 & 5

February 24,2012 (La Mesa) -- Youngsters from throughout Southern California and Arizona will compete for trophies and points during two days of Soap Box Derby Rally Races on Saturday, March 4 and Sunday March 5 in La Mesa. The Drew Ford/Kiwanis Club of La Mesa Derby Races provide valuable experience for the 7-17-year old race car drivers as two-by-two they roll down the sloping race course on Junior High Drive next to La Mesa Middle School, achieving speeds up to 24 mph.

MASTERS OF THE MOMENT SHOW ON DISPLAY FROM JUNE 1 - JULY 1

 

 

 

May 27, 2011 (El Cajon)-- The East County Art Association will hold its annual "Masters of the Moment" Art Show, at Sophie's Art Gallery, located at 109 Rea Street in El Cajon. This is a juried show and is open to all artists in San Diego County. The show is being held June 1 through July 1, 2011.
