WOMAN WITH TODDLER WANTED FOR ID THEFT IN SANTEE

May 9, 2017 (Santee) -- Investigators with the Santee Sheriff's Station want your help in identifying and locating an identity theft suspect in the East County.



On April 1st, a woman used a stolen credit card number to buy groceries at a Walmart store. She used the Walmart phone app to place the order and picked up the items at the Walmart store located along Town Center Parkway in Santee.

The suspect tried to use the stolen credit card number several more times, but those transactions were declined.

The woman was caught on a surveillance camera leaving the Walmart store. She has a thin build and long brown hair. She was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans. The woman also had a two to four-year-old child with blond hair in her shopping cart.

If you know who this woman is, call the Crime Stoppers anonymous tip line at (888) 580-8477. A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for information that leads to an arrest.
