BORDER CROSSER SHOT BY PROPERTY OWNER IN JACUMBA

August 26, 2011 (Jacumba) – An “international traveler” who crossed the U.S.-Mexican border was shot by a property owner in Jacumba around 5:27 p.m. yesterday.
