HOPE FIRE DAMAGED HOME, SCORCHED 35 ACRES IN RAMONA

June 14, 2018 (Ramona)—The  Hope Fire caused minor damage to one residence and charred 35 acres in Ramona today 

The blaze started Hope Street and Main Street, briefly causing evacuations on Etcheverry Street and Etcheverry Place as well as closure of State Route 67 and detours onto Dye Road before firefighters fully contained it early this afternoon, Cal Fire reports.
