REMEMBRANCE WALK HONORS MEMORY OF EL CAJON COMMUNITY LEADER

 

October 30, 2010 (El Cajon) — Twenty family members and friends participated in the LightBridge Foundation Second Annual Remembrance Walk in memory of their recently departed patriarch, Juan Salas, most recently of El Cajon. He was active member in the Chamorro (Guamanian) community in San Diego and served as President of the Sons and Daughters of Guam Club ifor two terms.

The LightBridge Hospice Community Foundation makes it possible for hospice services to be shared with patients and families who do not otherwise have the financial resources to afford hospice care. The October walk raised $20,000 for the organization.
