Second annual event to finish on SDCCU Stadium field

September 18, 2018 (San Diego) – The Kaiser Permanente Aztec for Life 5K is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 22 at SDCCU Stadium. The second annual event will finish on the 50-yard line inside the stadium.

The 5K is set to start at 7:30 a.m. with the ½-Mile Kids Fun Run to commence at 8:45 a.m. Once the races are over, an awards ceremony will begin at 9:15 a.m. The Kaiser Permanente Health Expo will also run from 7:30-10 a.m.

 

Registration is $20 for the Kids Fun Run and $45 for the 5K. Participants will receive an official race t-shirt, finisher medal, refreshments at the finish line, professional sports photography and official chip timing.

 

Packet pick-up is on Friday, Sept. 21 at Road Runner Sports, located at 5553 Copley Drive, San Diego, CA 92111, from 10:30 a.m.2:30 p.m, or at SDCCU Stadium on race morning from 6-7:15 a.m. in Parking Lot P (Park in Lot A1 for packet pick-up).

 

Parking will be available at SDCCU Stadium on race day, but not in Lots L, M, N or P.
