

November 15, 2014 (El Cajon) - The City of El Cajon is providing financial assistance to help San Diego Habitat for Humanity build six new homes in El Cajon.
The homes will be built during 2015 and 2016, but preparations are being made to accept applications from qualified lower-income families now If you have always wanted to be a homeowner, but never thought you could, attend the San Diego Habitat for Humanity family orientation meeting on Tuesday, November 18, at 6:00 p.m. at Renette Center in El Cajon, 935 South Emerald Ave., El Cajon, 902020. There is also a Spanish language orientation at 7 p.m.

Habitat for Humanity Homes will be sold at no profit and with zero interest mortgages to qualifying low-income families who are willing to put in “sweat equity” to help volunteer with Habitat for Humanity in the future.
