October 13, 2019 (Valley Center) – Readers of East County Magazine have seen our stories through the years on the beautiful and fragrant fields of lavender blooms and events such as high teas held at Keys Creek Lavender Farm in northeast San Diego County. But now, the farm is up for sale – and owner Alicia Wolff is seeking “the perfect buyer – one who may continue my dream…while living their own dream.”

In an email to past visitors, she invites a new buyer to “live and work on a slice of heaven.”  She voices gratitude to have been able to create “magical experiences” at her “field of dreams” for thousands of visitors. But now, she adds, “Destiny calls and I must move on to live my next dream.”

Nestled on 8 ½ acres in rural Valley Center, the USDA certified organic lavender farm currently sells over 60 lavender products. It also includes an established AIRBNB business with a  1,000 square foot guest cottage and an area that’s been utilized for YURT-style glamping tents. The business has a mailing list of over 8,000 and nearly 16,000 customers, according to Wolff.

A 1900-square foot ranch-style home on the site includes 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, an outdoor patio with pizza oven, fireplace, Tandoori oven, gas and charcoal barbecue. The property also includes a saltwater pool, Jacuzzi, meditation garden, four outdoor showers, crystal labyrinth and outbuildings, including a charming gift shop.

It’s also an idyllic place to while away the hours, strolling through blossoming fields of lavender in springtime or watching the sunset over rolling rural hillsides year-round.

If you are interested in owning a lavender farm to create your own fields of dreams, contact  Alicia at Fieldofdreams444@gmail.com  and be sure to mention that you heard about the Keys Creek Lavender Farm for sale on East County Magazine – since she is offering a referral fee.

We wish Alicia good fortune in finding a buyer who will treasure the lavender farm and wish her success in pursuing her new dreams.
