February 2, 2015 (Lakeside) The Lakeside Planning Group meets February 4th at 6:30 p.m. at the Lakeside Community Center (9841 Vine St. in Lakeside).
This week’s agenda includes a request for rehearing of the Riker Ranch project, a residential development proposed for 26 lots and 23 units. The planning group previously denied an administrative permit based on the project not fitting the neighborhood character and lacking a county maintained road.
The group will also elect a chair, vice chair and secretary.
