June 1, 2014 (Ramona ) – Ramona resident Juan Perez Alarcon, 54, was struck by a vehicle and killed on May 28 at 6:44 a.m. while riding his bicycle at the intersection of Keyser Road and Warnock Drive in Ramona.
Alarcon, who was not wearing a helmet, died at the scene despite CPR performed by medics.
The death was ruled an accident by the California Highway Patrol, which investigated the crash.
