July 3, 2016 (San Diego) – A woman who worked as a party planner for notorious convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein has come forward as a witness, claiming she saw Republican Donald Trump rape a 13-year-old girl at Epstein’s home in 1994.  This is the third time that Trump has been accused of rape—but this time, the charge is backed up by an alleged eyewitness to the crime.

The witness is identified as “Tiffany Doe” in a case filed by “Jane Doe” against Trump.  “I personally witnessed the Plaintiff being forced to perform various sexual acts with Donald J. Trump and Mr. Epstein, a hedge fund manager. Both Mr.  Trump and Mr. Epstein were advised that she was 13 years old,”  states a declaration by Tiffany Doe, who indicated her duties were to ”get attractive adolescent women [children] to attend these parties” including Jane Doe.

Jane Doe initially filed a case on her own, which was dismissed due to technical filing errors. But last week, now represented by an attorney, she refilled the case against Trump in federal court.  She alleges that Trump assaulted her on four separate occasions at Epstein’s home where she was held against her will after responding to a modeling job.

She alleges that Trump tied her to a bed and forcibly raped her in a “savage sexual attack” and also violently struck her in the face, ignoring her pleas to stop.  The alleged victim also claims Trump threatened that she and her family would be “physically harmed if not killed” if she ever told anyone what happened.   She further claimed Trump told her about a 12-year-old named Maria who vanished after being forced into sexual acts.

The  five-year statute of limitations has run out, but Jane Doe’s attorney is arguing that the court should invoke “tolling”, a legal procedure for stopping the clock, due to duress she was under because of threats.  He has cited other New  York cases where tolling was allowed, Huffington Post reports

Tiffany Doe, too, claims she is coming forward now to attest to violent abuse of minor females by Trump and Epstein “though I fully understand that the life of myself and my family is now in grave danger.”

Trump has denied the allegations calling them "disgusting at the highest level" and suggesting they are politically motivated,  Daily Wire reports. He also expressed doubt if the victim actually exists.  (Editor's note:  Some media have published a name of the alleged plaintiff, but ECM is withholding that since the legal filing was done anonymously, to protect the privacy of  the plaintiff allegedly sexually assaulted while a minor.)

But several years ago, when asked about his decades-old relationship with Epstein, Trump called Epstein a “terrific guy” adding, “He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side. No doubt about it, Jeffrey enjoys his social life.”

Epstein’s predilections for  young teen girls are well documented.  He  was sentenced for just 13 months for  sexually abusing a minor and  must register as a Level 3 sex offender, the most dangerous category.   The Sun-Sentinel reported that court records show he had been accused of sexually assaulting at least 30 young girls at his Florida estate or aboard his private plane.

In a 2010 deposition, Epstein was asked by an alleged minor sexual assault victim's attorney, "Have you ever socialized with Donald Trump in the presence of females under the age of 18?" He replied, "Though I'd like to answer that question, at least today I'm going to have to assert my Fifth, Sixth, and 14th Amendment rights, sir."

Some allegations accused other high profile guests of criminal abuse of minors including Britain’s Prince Andrew, the Daily Beast reports.  Former President Bill Clinton has also been a guest on Epstein’s plane, though no allegations of abuse by Clinton  have surfaced.  Epstein has paid out  millions to settle numerous other lawsuits alleging sexual abuse of minor females, or what critics say amounts to hush money.  His estate reportedly was decorated with portraits of nude minor females, soap shaped like genitalia, and other erotica.

The U.S. Attorney’s office cut a plea deal with Epstein that critics contended was unfair to many alleged victims, who were never notified prior to the settlement.  Some have claimed the plea deal may have been made to cover up embarrassing  or criminal accusations involving British royalty , other political leaders and celebrities.  Since his release from prison, Epstein has moved to the Virgin Islands.

It should be noted clearly that Donald Trump, unlike Epstein, has not ben convicted of any sexual improprieties with minors or anyone else.

However this is not the first time Donald Trump has been accused of sexual assault.

In 1997, Jill Harth alleged that at his Mar-A-Lago estate, Trump  forced her into his daughter’s bedroom where he kissed, fondled, and restrained her from leaving after previously propositioning her for sex. Harth alleged the attack occurred while she and her husband were at the property to negotiate a business deal over a beauty pageant.

Trump called Harth’s claims “made up” and  claimed Harth was harassing him.  Harth later withdrew the case after a suit filed by her husband against Trump was settled.  But when the Guardian recently asked her if she still stands by the sexual assault accusations, she responded, “yes” and also posted on Twitter, “My part was true.”

Trump’s former wife, Ivana, stated under oath during a deposition in 1989 that Trump, angered by a botched cosmetic surgery to cover a bald spot, ripped out her hair and violently penetrated her; Ivana said she felt”violated” by what she termed “rape.”  Several years later, after a divorce settlement, she softened her stance, stating she did not mean the word “rape” in a “literal or criminal sense,”  a term often used when victims accept settlement money in exchange for not disparaging the accused perpetrator.

Jane Doe’s case against Trump likely won’t be heard in court until after the November election.  Our  justice system presumes defendants to be innocent until proven guilty.  Trump has insisted that “I love women” and dismisses complaints or sexism or worse, criminal abuse.

But voters may wish to consider the serious character and criminal complaints against Trump, in the context of his long history of publicly denigrating women from Fox newscaster Megan Kelly to Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina to beauty contestants in the Miss Universe pageant that he runs.

The Telegraph newspaper has documented Trump’s sexist remarks toward women in this article, including calling women “pig,” “disgusting animal,” and “beautiful pieces of ass.”

I expected better from this paper

Honestly, I am disgusted with this article. Trump has proven himself to have a high moral character, raising a wonderful family. Hillary, on the other hand, is a PROVEN LIAR & THIEF. Just ask the people of Haiti how the Clinton Foundation took their charity money & kept it. And, oh by the way, where is the 90% of donations to the Clinton Foundation? Tax records prove they give only 10% to charity. I could go on for days about the corrupt, criminal Clintons. This paper has lowered itself to the dregs of a septic tank.

We HAVE covered Clinton corruption issues,

for instance in this review of a book highly critical of their foundation money ties:  http://www.eastcountymagazine.org/untold-story-foreign-governments-and-b...  as well as in several stories on Clinton's e-mail controversies.

Our job as journalists is to cover both positive and negative news about each of the leading candidates. To suppress rape allegations against a presidential candidate would be unethical. It will ultimately be up to the courts to determine whether or not the allegations are credible enough for a judgment against Trump to be entered.

NOT BELIEVING THIS FOR A MOMENT!!

After all that has been done to discredit Mr. Trump, this is the lowest. I am certain beyond a shadow of doubt this is all the doing of the Clintons with their vast dirty money which has kept her lying butt out of jail. Trump has always lived his life knowing he would run for president. Anyone who thinks this is true is a die hard Hillary fan with a blind eye to her guilt from Whitewater, stealing White House art, dishes, etc. to Benghazi and her email misuse.

Probably not

Sure, compare violating a wife and a13 year old (allegedly) to sloppy email handling. Is the IRS still holding Drumpf's tax returns hostage?

And the games begin

Wonder if Hillary will be prosecuted for giving her son in law confidential State Department documents. NA, probably not.
