May 31, 2023 (Miami) - The Padres won in fine fashion in Miami yesterday and looked to repeat today with Blake Snell on the hill against Braxton Garrett for the Marlins.
Gary Sanchez slugged his first home run as a Padre in the third to deep left, but Jean Segura, Yuli Gurriel and Nick Fortes teamed up in the ninth to plate two runs and walk off the Padres and even the series with a 2-1 win.
