September 13, 2023 (Los Angeles) - The Dodgers flipped the script on the Padres last night, winning 11-2 when the Padres had won 11-8 on Monday night. Both went for the series tonight with Blake Snell on the mound against Ryan Pepiot for L.A.
Juan Soto kicked things off in the first with a solo homer and the Padres led 1-0 after one.
Luis Campusano added on in the fourth with a giant three-run bomb to left and the Padres led 4-0 after four.
Fernando Tatis Jr. added on in the seventh with a blooper to right that scored two and the Padres finally, FINALLY won a series with a 6-1 win (Kolten Wong homered in the ninth).
