April 30, 2023 (La Mesa) - The La Mesa Chamber invites you to join in welcoming Casa Gabriela to the business community at a fun-filled evening on Wednesday, May 17.
A modest interior renovation has transformed the current space downtown at 8384 La Mesa Boulevard in La Mesa (formerly Bo-beau kitchen + garden) to Casa Gabriela. This welcome mixer and ribbon cutting will be held on Wednesday, May 17th between the hours of 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. The “official” ribbon cutting will take place at 6:00 p.m.
Chef Gabriela Lopez has partnered with San Diego’s Cohn Restaurant Group to bring this new eatery to La Mesa. Chef Gabriela boasts Mexican dishes made with passed-down recipes from her family. Using her grandmother’s recipes from Guadalajara blended with her cosmopolitan upbringing in Tijuana, brings a unique Mexican flavor to the table. Meet the managers and the staff as you sample appetizers from the menu and if you choose to purchase cocktails, sip on their popular Tequila- and Mezcal-based cocktails during this evening mixer.
The Chamber will host a raffle throughout the evening. Bring your business cards while you mix and mingle. This event is free to Chamber members and $15 per person for all guests
