SANTA BRINGS GIFTS TO HOMELESS KIDS-WITH HELP FROM FIREFIGHTERS AND MAYOR WELLS

 

December 22, 2014 (El Cajon) – Community members teamed up to bring joy to homeless children in a special Christmas party at the East County Transitional Living Center on Saturday. Santa made a special visit to pass out gifts, aided by CAL FIRE firefighters.

January 21, 2012 (El Cajon) -- After several Boundary Committee meetings and public forums, the Grossmont Unified High School District board of trustees voted in September to approve recommendations for school boundary changes. Of course, not all were in a position to attend the public forums and many questions still remain unanswered. 
 
One question we in the Real Estate business are asked most frequently is, “How does this affect our home values?”

GROSSMONT UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT ANNOUNCES SALE OF PROPOSITION H REFUNDING BONDS

Transaction results in savings of $1.3 million for district taxpayers


November 27, 2011 (San Diego’s East County) –Grossmont Union High School District (GUHSD) has announced the successful implementation of Proposition H 2004 series bond refunding, which was approved by the Board at its meeting on Oct. 13, 2011. The transaction represents a savings of $1.3 million for taxpayers in the district over the next six years.
